Why am i losing so many baby scalp hairs?

ive been suffering from hair loss for 3 years. no need to tell me to go to a doctor or see a dermatologist for it, because they don’t know sh*t, i’ve been there, done that. i’ve had so many tests done on me. anyways. i’d just like to know why i lose so many baby hairs along with the others?

i am 18. female. i have very minimal stress in my life.
i have been prescribed rogain for men, which i will not use. personal decision.
i have not taken birth control for over a year. and will not ever. since many woman report an onset of crazy hair loss from it.
its an alarming rate of hair, its not your casual 150 hairs a day. it’s absolutely ridiculous, its keeps happening every single year. i am not on medications, i have never been. i eat fine. i take iron.
it’s not hereditary. i do not have AGA. (female pattern baldness)

I think it’s hereditary. I have a friend who is 26 and she is bald from the top of her head (like where her bangs start). The rest of her hair is thinning.

You’ve probably already checked all this but just in case .. are you sure its not something in your diet (lacking) or possibly in the hair products you use?
