You need a blood count test to rule out enemia, nutrtion defency, or infection. See Dr about symtoms and mean while try better nutrtion.

it sounds like it started with insomnia and that led to poor eating because your body was outta wack. you don’t have to be stressed emotionally to get stressed physically. your body is totally off and you need to see a doctor pronto. hair loss can be caused by stress or not eating properly – both of which it sounds like you’re dealing with – GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!

It sounds like depression to me. I would find a family doctor or if you don’t have one go to your school counselor. That’s what their there for. He/she could refer you to some one.

Also, if you drink any energy drinks or beverages high in caffeine and sugar can cause lack of sleep and strengthen depression symptoms. Try to cut that out of your diet.
