Scalp has a sort of rash, dry blood, very little flakieness, please read?

There is a scab on the back top of my scalp,
there is a spot, 1 inch round, then ther is a very much smaller one next to it,
There is a little but of flakyness,
I put a finger on opposite sides of it and pulled a little and it opened up.
There is some hair loss in the bigger spot.
I am a female, 12 almost 13.
Is it safe to take a shower?
what should I do??
