I’m only 14, Why is my hairline receding?

my dad has thick hair, and he’s 52, my grandpa didn’t have a receding hairline, until he turned about 70 something.

it could be beacause of some of the hair products you’re using on your hair. also straighteners cause your hair to break off. take my advice and stay away from the heat products on your hair. and if it is stress you should take 15 minutes out of everyday to just sit there in silence and relax. it works, trust me!

just relax, stay hydrated, eat healthier (that means no junkfood), sleep generously, and don’t use heat products for as long as possible. also, try to get a shampoo that thickens your hair, and protects from heat damaging it. and was your hair thick before or was it always brittle? genetics don’t have to play a part in it, but you could be the black sheep in your family and have weak hair. just follow those tips and your hair should be better. RELAX!
