first of all, duh, go to your stylist with the picture. if you dont already have straight hair you need to buy a flatiron. by far the best ive ever used is a Chi straightener, but it’ll set you back about 140.00$, but you can get straighteners at like walmart for $40. a ceramic works best. i’d use a little wax to seperate the hair and give that peice-y look, and probably some backcomb-in-a-bottle or something similar to make it spiked on top. it’d be really cute with some fun colored highlights thru the top layers, red or pink or a caramel brown

My hair is like that, just not as spiky. I took pictures to my friend who is in cosmetology school, and she did it for me. She just separated my hair in the back and left about from the top of my ears down long. The rest of it was cut about 6 inches shorter than that and layered. Then she razored everything which thins it out and makes it easier to poof it out and spike it. You have to straighten it a lot. It’s pretty simple though.
