have 4 year old stumpius fixed Ferrel female in s. fl.she has no fleas but is scratching her back hair off?

She has dry skin just put oil on her.I know im crazy but it will help.

she has a skin disease. mange is one of them. take her to the vet so that he can treat her condition. she will eventually remove all the fur she can reach.
