Hair Growth?
These may seem to be bizarre and useless questions, but I like learning and knowing random facts, so bare with me, please.
Okay, so all of these questions stemmed off of my wondering why hair doesn’t grow on my foot.
I was sitting and noticed that my leg hair growth stopped at the point where my socks go highest (aside from the hair on top of my foot and on the knuckles of my toes).
So why doesn’t hair grow on your feet?
Why do males start growing body and facial hair when they hit puberty? More testosterone?
Does the same thing that affects body and facial hair affect the hair that grows on your head?
Does hair grow faster on males or females?
How does laser hair removal work? Why does the hair not grow back?
Thanks for your responses, I’m sure I will be able to think of more hair questions later, but that’s all for now.

laser hair growth
You have no hair on your feet for the same reason why grass doesn’t grow on autoban.
Hair doesn’t grow back after the laser removal because the hair follicle is destroyed. That’s how it works pretty much.
As for hair on male and female, on who it grows faster – I dunno, I guess all people are different. It may grow faster on some females than on some males and the other way around.

Very interesting question! Unfortunately, I only have an answer to one part of your question and I actually cannot wait to read the answers to your questions from other people! You have my curiosity sparked!
Anyhow, I have had laser hair removal. One thing the technicians (actually nurses) told me was that first and foremost, it you are told it definitely will never come back, they are lying. The fact of the matter is that the active follicles will be “killed” to where they no longer can produce hair. But we also have dormant follicles, which can come to life at any time, or remain dormant. The dormant follicles are immune to the laser, so it is possible they can spring alive sometime down the road. About my results: I had thick, course “man beard” hair on my legs. I would have to shave every single day, and if I wanted to stay totally smooth, shave twice a day! It sucked! I had the laser hair removal done almost three years ago and I am so satisfied! Its amazing going from having your legs feeling like sandpaper because of the constant stubble to having baby smooth skin! I love it and would recommend it to everyone!!
