When I told my mom I was moving to New York after graduation from college, she tried to be as supportive as possible. She made sure that I made an informed decision, certainly. She presented facts to me and ensured I thought the move through long before it was actually time to pack up the moving truck and make my way to my new apartment in Brooklyn, but once I’d made my final decision she helped me pack up my apartment and even drove the truck up with me. My dad, on the other hand, has had a little more difficulty adjusting. He was worried from the very beginning about everything from crime to how I would make a living. Once we presented him with facts regarding the crime rates and the safety of my new building, he zoned in on the financial aspect. He was (rightly) concerned about the high cost of living in New York and was worried about how I would make enough money for a comfortable life. Once I secured a good job he started to relax a bit but still worked tirelessly to make sure I didn’t pay a penny more than I needed to. He stumbled across New York Natural Gas Prices and discovered I could choose an energy provider. While his overprotective nature might have been a little frustrating, he has ended up saving me a lot of money every month. I guess I can’t really be upset about that.

In answer to one of the questions, it doesn’t hurt much at all! It feels like teeny-tiny little burns — very bearable.

I posted under TTC because I know a lot of women with PCOS are TTC AND have issues with unwanted hair.

ok so i started getting laser hair removal on my face about 8 months ago.. being the perfectionist that i am i wanted to get rid of my facial hair. i didnt even have it that bad at the beginning just some near sideburn area and some on chin ..the rest was lke peachfuzz like really light..
anywho so i started off..and ya with the shaving on the face cause u have to remove the hair then zap it with the laser.
for about 4 treatments ( 6 weeks apart) it was all fine. the hair didnt grow back at all till the next treatment.. however it started getting bad. hair started to grow back right after treatments.. grew back more,, darker..in places i never had hair! (for every treatment they shaved my face before and they moved on to spots i didnt need to get done ) went down to my neck under jaw area..cheeks! and after the 6th treatment it was really bad. alllll the treatments i had ever done were useless. and hair grew back 200% more. and now im getting more treatments making it worse.. and i dont know what to do! the last two treatments were for free.. but i my face is ruined!!!!! its really frustrating. i never hair hair growth in these areas.. the hair grows back prickly its baaad..
wat rights do i have? what can i do? what are my options now?
this is making me really self-conscious.. i wish i never did laser hair removal i reaallyyyyyyyyyy regret it!

We had a bad accident in our family a few months back and it threw us into a financial tailspin. My husband wasn’t able to work and though I took on extra shifts it just wasn’t enough to make ends meet so we’ve been borrowing where we can and putting a lot of stuff on credit. We’ve been looking for additional ways to cut back at home and I feel like I’m doing a pretty good job. I looked into electric company rates Tenneryville and found a better deal and talked to the other utility providers about cutting us some slack during this difficult time. We’ve also started using coupons a lot more which is a fun game for the kids – they love going through the paper to find some that work for us and the trips to the store are a hoot, too. One day I know things will be better but for now I just want to make sure we’re doing what we can.
