19yo female, and my hair is thinning?

sharks.attack asked:

i can’t condition my hair, because there are many hairs left on my hands afterwards. everytime i brush i my hair, a lot of hairs fall out. not the usual couple which is normal, we’re talking dozens.
i’ve seen a dermotologist, but he found nothing wrong, except dandruff. what are usually causes of hair loss in a young woman? and how could it be treated?
i’ve died my hair on-and-off since i was about 13. last year i left my hair do it’s own natural thing, but the problem didn’t end.

That happened to my friend a couple of months ago. She’s fine now. It could be caused by stress.

    Create a video blog…instantly.

Are you dieting? Cutting too much fat out of a diet can cause hair to fall out.

you might want to go see a doctor at a regular hospital.

hair loss can be a serious symptom, of some serious problems.

i’m hypo thyroid, which means my thyroid doesn’t produce enough metabolism liquid stuff. and a side effect of that his hair thinning.

also, if you straighten your hair every day, that also causes hair to fall out! so DON’T straighten your hair anymore if you do.

    i hope you figure out what’s wrong =}

See your doctor for a physical exam a.s.a.p.
It could be a warning that you have a very bad
    disease.

Maybe you could try taking Vitamin E tablets.Vitamin E is good for skin, hair , nails, and a doctor told someone to take it to get rid of cists and they went away.

You need to see a professional…it could be a lot of things…it could be stress….could be because it runs in your family…or maybe a chemical reaction from a drug or food or weather condition…

In any case, you need to see a real doctor.

There are certain conditioners that might help but when you have this much of a problem you need to treat your hair from within. Biotin (you can get from a heath store like chamberlins) is great for healthy hair growth as well as fish oil, and many other vitamins that will ensure hair heath from within. Try to stay away from coloring your hair, that streaks it and causes thinning. Let your hair do its thing and treat it from within with a hair vitamin! Good luck :) :)

How strange the dermatologist didnt’ offer any suggestions. Hair however is controlled by parentage DNA- and for whatever reason, you may have a recessive gene that causes hair loss, that for some reason is doing this prematurely.

I suggest you rub your scalp vigoriously after washing- this will cause more nutrients to get to the hair follicles.

ANOTHER Dermatologist will give you a second opinion and maybe rogaine or some other kind of treatment for your hair loss- good Luck
